Which countries does Justlife24 deliver to?
We currently ship to all EU countries. For destinations outside the EU, please email shop@burbachgoetz.de
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending also on the destination country and product availability. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Who should I contact if I have technical problems with my product?
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any technical questions. For defects that occur during the warranty period, we will handle the process with the manufacturer.
How do I find the right size for me?
In each product description, you’ll find a size chart along with recommendations based on body weight and height. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you personally.
