The advantages of the PRISMA AQUA

  • The WM 100 TH respiratory air humidifier warms and humidifies the respiratory air while preventing the mucous membranes in the respiratory tract from drying out.
  • It can be used in clinical facilities and at home.
  • The heated respiratory air humidifier works according to the pass-over principle. The supplied air is directed over the surface of warm water.
  • This increases the relative humidity and the temperature of the airflow. The heating output can be adjusted in stages on the therapy device.

Indications

  • Dry upper airways and respiratory air perceived as too cold. prismaAQUA may only be used as recommended by a physician.

Contraindications

  • The respiratory air humidifier must not be used in patients whose upper airways are bypassed.
