Yes. The AutoSet algorithm detects certain changes in breathing and automatically adjusts the therapy pressure within the pressure range set by the physician. This allows the device to respond to changing needs during sleep, for example, when sleep position changes.
Can the ResMed AirSense 11 be used with a heated breathing tube?

Yes. The AirSense 11 supports the heated ClimateLineAir 11 breathing tube. In combination with the HumidAir 11 humidifier chamber, the Climate Control feature can regulate the temperature and humidity of the air you breathe. This can reduce condensation in the tube and improve therapy comfort.
