This set combines automatic pressure adjustment, humidification of breathing air, and temperature regulation in an optimally coordinated ResMed system. The AirSense 11 AutoSet can be operated in both automatic APAP mode and classic CPAP mode. The special AutoSet for Her mode is also available.

AirSense 11 AutoSet – automatic sleep apnea therapy
The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet is a modern respiratory therapy device for treating obstructive sleep apnea. In AutoSet mode, the device continuously analyzes breathing and can automatically adjust the therapy pressure to the individual needs within the specified pressure range.
This means that therapy is not continuously delivered at one single fixed pressure. Instead, the device can regulate the required therapy pressure according to the individual breathing situation. In addition to the automatic AutoSet/APAP mode, a classic CPAP mode with a fixed therapy pressure and AutoSet for Her are available.
HumidAir 11 – comfortable humidification of breathing air
The HumidAir 11 humidifier included in the bundle humidifies the air delivered by the therapy device. Particularly in dry indoor air or with sensitive mucous membranes, humidification can improve therapy comfort and help counteract a dry feeling in the mouth or nose.
The HumidAir 11 was specially developed for the AirSense 11 series and can be integrated directly into the therapy system.
ClimateLineAir 11 – heated breathing tube
The set also includes the ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 heated tube. The heated breathing tube works together with the HumidAir 11 and the AirSense 11's Climate Control function.
Temperature and humidity can thereby be coordinated. This contributes to comfortable breathing air and helps reduce condensation—known as rainout—in the breathing tube.
Climate Control for greater therapy comfort
When used with HumidAir 11 and ClimateLineAir 11, the Climate Control function is available. The system supports coordinated regulation of temperature and humidity during therapy.
